I only watch the Anime, did they buff Levi again in the Manga?

No but Eren gets one though.

Without knowledge of the way Eren’s current powers work, Levi is likely to get caught out and get skewered.

Levi has already seen the Warhammer Titan in action, so I doubt it would come of any surpised

There will be a timeskip skip at the end of the current anime season(chapter 90) where Eren's character goes through a lot of development

@gxrevs06: Then I think Levi loses, Eren can harden himself even greater than before.

@gxrevs06: Eren doesn’t use the powers in the exact same manner. Hell, I’d seen Tybur in action and I was surprised when Eren pulled that move against Porco. For all Levi knows, Eren can’t properly use the Warhammers abilities.
