Cold. They've fought a couple times and it's always either a draw or a win for Cold. Cold's just got faster reaction time and better tech.
Btw, I love the Citizen Cold cover. That (and the Cyborg one) is the main Flashpoint tie in I want to see. Tarpit and Fallout should be fun.
Can you please post the fights between Cold and Heatwave? Just curious..
He has left the site since then, but they fought in Heatwave's first appearance, which ended in a draw. I remember one other time where CC won, but I don't have the scans.
If their weapons cancel each other Out how can you guys say Captain Cold wins when his main weapon is of no use to him against his opponent ...........doesn't make sense.

That is only when the shoot each other at the same time. Plus Snart has the cold field which adds a degree of protection.
@jashro44: Ok, but doesn't he have Heat and Cold resistance? Didn't at one time resisted Colds gun. I mean I know of his cold field but like how is that of any affect when someone can just generate heat at will.

The cold field would be inefficient then
I think I remember Mick being shot but I'm not sure if Snart shot him full power. But I don't believe Mick has any defense against being frozen at absolute zero.
