Great battle, capt Britain is very underrated on here , wouldn't say he would win but hes not a pushover. He's powered by merlin and has Excalibur

Well, the last time i saw Excalibur it was given to Faiza Hussain, so CB doesn't have it.

And on his regular levels, while very powerful, he is not really that impressive compared to CM.

Well, correct me if I'm wrong, but Captain Marvel works at superman-like (FTL) speeds while Captain Britain finds it noteworthy to surpass Mach: 1 in flight speed, right?

Thats over a 500,000x speed difference.

Even with excalibur, there is no way Britain would be able to tag Marvel.

Him tanking Phoenix is an outlier, and considering he has never done such things in the past and later in the future, it is definitely a PIS one.

Don't rememmber him defeating Surtur. He definitely doesn't have power to stand against Surtur, but if he has done it via Excalibur, then that feat is useless here, since he doesn't have Excalibur anymore.

And CB is consistently portrayed as a mid-tier character.

It is not standart gear, if he doesn't have it currently, and he doesn't have it now,also if you didn't know Excalibur belongs to that muslim girl now.

You saying that that CB has Excalibur as standart gear, is like me saying Marvel has Mother Box as standart gear, though neither of them had those items for a long time.

They aren't outliers because he does it repeatedly. Go find one of my CAVS with britain. I've used him in a few. Always against herald tiers. Also it doesn't matter if she is the wielder. If he has used it longer with his new powers than he hasn't. It's standard gear

He wasn't fine against Phoenix, in the last panel Brian loses consciousness. And anyways this scene was PIS as hell, considering Phoenix easily took out Thor in the same arc, while CB who is way below Thor feat-wise and consistency-wise tanks it, though still gets KO'd.

No offence, but it is up to you to provide evidence to back up your claims, and so far you provided no evidence to support that CB is a high-tier being.

But anyways Brian doesn't have Excalibur, it doesn't matter if he has used it in the past, he currently doesn't have that artifact, so it's not standart gear.

Standart gear is a weapon/artifact that character ALWAYS has and still has, CB didn't't have and still doesn't have Excalibur for a long amount of time now, so it's not standart gear.

And so far you only provide words, not evidence and scans to back up your claims of Surtur and Excalibur.
