Robocop. Stronger, faster, crazy accurate with his weapons, creative and durable. He could probably catch the shield if Cap throws it at him.

I am a huge Cap. fan but so far the live action version isn't that impressive. Robocop takes this one. He's faster or at least as fast, he's stronger, more durable, has enhanced precision, and two semiautomatic pistols. Cap has a shield and could block most of the bullets but will eventually fall victim to the barrage of bullets attacking every single opening in Cap's defense (e.g. legs).

It's kind of hard to determine who would win without the Winter Soldier movie out.

Lastly, there are conditions the OP doesn't really cover. Is Alex Murphy in control or is the system in control?

When Alex was in control, his performance was that of a normal human, but he was capable of simulating and thinking out plans.

When the system was in control, he performed much better in combat, but only performed as directed.

Either way, Alex has a 50 caliber assault rifle, which doesn't exist in real life but if it did, it would be monstrously powerful.

Was drunk and fell asleep on the new robocop, But even Classic Robocop beats Cap. Caps best chance would be to get in close and hope his shield could rip off robocops limbs. Doubtful Alex Murphy allows him to get in that close.

Since when does he carry around EMP grenades? MCU Cap doesn't have the feats to take on Robocop.

Current RoboCop isn't as fast as cap and he can get damaged a lot easier than classic RoboCop. Cap could easily take out Murphy's legs with a shield throw then ricochet it of a wall and stick in the back of his head. And movie cap does use rifle's, pistols and grenades so RC is going to need to deal with more than just his shield

Agreed on points about Robocop's advantages. I think he would edge out the win over movie verse Cap.

Gotta go with Robocop even if Cap were to throw his shield Robo might catch or dodge it. This battle is still hard to say cause the new Robo was not that impressive sure he was faster than his classic counterpart other than that the classic has the new beat in almost every way.

Considering he's a bullet-timer now and can take several .50 cal rounds and still not go down.

I love Cap, but this is a robocop stomp. Both robocops beat Cap as a matter of fact.

I definitely couldnt stand the new Robocop movie. Steve fights like a BEAST in the Winter Soldier movie and the Winter Soldier reminds me of Robocop. I recall it being a really even fight every time. Hard to call, but eventually I think Steve would use his shield to rip Robocop apart.

I'm not sure what feats put Murphy above Steve, really. Motorcycle-throwing is part of the canon for MCU, IIRC but even without it, the ease in which he was hefting around a motorcycle with three people on it indicates that the throwing feat isn't a stretch by any means.

Cap has comparable feats to anything I can remember Robo doing and he has plenty of feats that Robo didn't have. We can't even say accuracy because the MCU game counts as MCU canon and his shield throwing feats were bonkers in that, in addition to his nigh impossible accuracy feats in Winter Soldier.

It's MCU Captain America. He gets all the feats, not just up until Winter Soldier. The OP specifies current and there is no caveat that it only is meant to be up until Winter Soldier.
