Cap takes it. His stats and skill is just too much for punisher. Cap is extremely experienced in using his shield to deflect bullets and although punisher is a great shot, I think cap will close the distance between them too fast t

Steve takes it without to much trouble. Also, IIRC Frank won't fight against Cap at all, I remember one time he just stood there and let Steve hit him without doing anything to stop it.

Doesnt Punisher have the same hero worship for Cao that Spidy does?

@zeezee123: Frank has already proven he won't even hit Cap let alone kill him but even if he decided to Cap would absolutely stomp him. Frank is tough but Cap is peak human, stronger, faster, better at hand to hand combat, arguably smarter and he doesn't get worn out thanks to the super soldier serum eliminating the toxins that cause fatigue.

If he came in quick and got in a lucky shot before Cap had time to react Frank might have a chance but if the fight lasts beyond the first 20 seconds Frank dies.

Cap. It takes real skill to fight an opponent without killing them and winning. Punisher is just a killer.

Frank is skilled with firearms, but Steve can block his bullets or grenades with his shield and beat him with his superior peak human strength and h2h. Frank has a slim chance up close if he fights dirty though.

I agree with the above. Besides the point that he wouldn't fight Cap, he doesn't have a good chance on a random encounter, the only way I see Frank being the victor is if he gets prep.

@zeezee123: Considering Cap's vibranium shield, is nearly indestructable and can absorb a lot of impact such as Hulk's punches and Thor's hammer, I doubt a bazooka can leave a lasting scratch, let alone destroy it.
