Dose Mr. Freeze have any accuracy feats that say he def hits the Captain before the Cap hits him? I think this is Cap 6/10 but i could be swayed.

I'm gonna resist the urge to make an ice pun and just say Mr. Freeze wins.

I think that falcon actually has a better chance than cap would due to his flight and manueverability. I'll give it to Sam with difficulty.
