Not sure if movie Bison can hang, whole thing's on youtube though.

edit: just watched the whole movie, Bison has in-combat teleportation, is able to one shot Guile, possibly without touching him, and manhandles Ken and Ryu separately and then together without almost any use of his psycho power (He says "I'll fight you on your own level!" and only uses psycho power after that to fly a bit). He's beaten, but not killed when Ryu and Ken double hadouken him into his large plane, which explodes. Given how dominant he is in the fight before Ryu's counterattack, I think his loss is probably just PIS. I don't think Cap beats him.

Bison would win. Cap can hold his own in h2h, possibly even beat Bison heads up, but once bison start teleporting and putting up psycho barriers the fight would be all but over.

Just a quick question. After the convergence. Does the Superhuman Registration Act (Sokovia Accords) Apply to Capcom Characters as well?

I’ve forgotten how powerful Bison was in the animated movie.

Let’s remember that M.Bison shares the God complex of MCU’s RedSkull. The only difference between them is that Bison disintegrated himself with the Psycho Powers and MCU’s RedSkull was only jettisoned by the Tesaract to the planet Vormir. Cap wins
