I'd say that Cap can kill her with a good shield toss. If he was able to embed it on Ultron he can do the same against Stormfront.

That's a pretty High End Feat for Cap.
But Stromfront should survive it anyway. This model of Ultron was only tanking bullets from a Minigun while Stromfront was implied to be capable of tanking an RPG round (which was why they had to make special ones for her).

Normal Cap loses unless he goes all-out and uses vibranium to cut into a vital organ. Worthy Cap stomps SF worse than when she was getting kicked on the ground in the 3v1. SF can't take the striking power of Mjolnir, which did more damage to Thanos than Captain Marvel's punches. SF was getting beat up by much less than CM's punches.

How is round 1 a good fight? If she's Homelander tier then he has no chance. Especially since HL is powerful enough to have a global presence. He's not Superman tier in power, but in universe he is an approximate of that. Vought has special contingencies to bring him down.
