R2: Team 1 again. Cap was beating Bucky in CA: The Winter Soldier when they had there equipment. Cap was also trying to insert the card, and was holding back on Bucky, whereas Bucky wasn't. Plus, it only took Cap 6 seconds to disarm Bucky of his gun. Daredevil can use his flips to dodge Ward's shots, then throws his Batons at Ward disarming him, then beats him h2h. Even if Ward can beat DD, then it'll come down to Ward vs Cap, and Cap stomps.

I doubt Steve was holding back to any considerale degree, not only would this be inconsistent with their highway fight, they were also fighting for the fate of millions of people. Cap would stop at nothing.
If you factor the fact that Steve was trying to insert the card then you should factor his loss, because that's the part that allowed Bucky to shoot and take him down

Matt has never dodged a marksman of Ward's level, who's at least Punisher level in accuracy but has much better draw and reaction speed, he has never even dodged an established gun specialist at all. His showings there consist of fights with generic cops and street garbadge mercenaries.
Ward is not going to just stand there and let Matt hit him with his billy club, otherwise I can argue that Ward can just shoot him before anything happens.
Ward carries plenty guns anyway, so diarming him (which Matt doesn't have much to suggest her can do) wouldn't allow for a victory at any range.
While I would argue for Matt winning up close, Ward carries knives, garottes etc, which combined with his mass/strength advantage and his ability to keep up with the MCU's best martial artist (May), would make him at least a match for Daredevil.
Honestly, Bucky and Steve are close to equals, as shown in their most credible fight in the highway, whereas Ward would beat Matt solidly with gear.
Round 2: Ward and Bucky due to guns. Bucky really should have killed Cap in WS because there were multiple times when he had Caps shield and still had guns on him. That should be an easy kill but he was acting kind of dumb in that movie or didnt truly want to kill Cap. And Punisher was able to shoot Matt, so I think Ward can too. Matt apparently didnt know he had a gun but even if he knows Ward has one I dont see him taking it from him so easily.

Fair enough, but Cap could probably beat Winter Soldier before Ward can beat Matt, and then it'll be Cap vs Ward. Cap would win.

That was after he had finished what he was doing and the Helicarriers had destroyed each other. He'd already saved everyone so he didn't need to fight Bucky anymore.
@subline: Cap wasn't holding back. The Russo's stated that Cap had to give "everything he had to finish the mission"(1:50:34) and that he is a person who would put his personal motives "reconnecting with Bucky" secondary to the collective motive "stop Bucky"(1:50:45).

The Russo's also stated that the stakes were so high to the point where Cap doesn't even think about breaking Bucky's arm just to retrieve the chip.
