Captain America and Black Panther versus Batman and Deathstroke

Alright, I searched and searched, and could not find this specific fight, so if it has been done, sorry.  These are four highly trained warriors, and four highly tactical minds:
 
Captain America (Steve)
 
   
 
Black Panther  (T'challa)

I'd go with team 2 on both however because team 2 has two people who are better thinkers and planners then team 1

1) Team 2 barely wins, mainly because of Deathstroke's ability to plan and prep in battle..
 
2) Team 1 takes it.
 
@Crom-Cruach: What makes Batman a better thinking/planner than T'Challa? What is that based on? If anything, they might as well be equal, but T'Challa obviously has the better resources.
