Can "X" Do This? Feat Analysis/Comparison Thread

As many of you may have noticed, there is a wave of threads asking if a character can survive something or accomplish a feat.

This thread is going to be a hub for all such threads. Do not post a separate thread asking about a feat; that is what this thread is for. Ask for the opinions of others and wait for a response. If you do not get a response to your feat, wait a few days before posting it again. DO NOT SPAM.

This thread will be pinned for about a week. It will be unpinned and linked in the Table of Contents.

Note: Battle forum rules apply. To that end, comparison of Dragonball characters to non-anime/manga characters is not allowed.

@revan-: in fairness though, these types of threads are kinda pointless.

I don’t like this I’ve always disliked the idea of a mass group being put under one thread. Now there won’t be as good discussions if everyone has to dig in this thread.

@tifalockhart: It lots of them. Sure they sometimes spawn toxic comments but now both the good and the bad are eliminated. I actually enjoyed these types of threads because some of them were actually pretty good. I’m really going to miss them

@saberscar223: Fair enough. I never paid attention so the calcs part could be helpful, but I assumed it was more of a "yes x can" or "no, x cannot" type of deal.

So does this mean mods will start cracking down on this type of thread? Would be glad to see that...

I'd say that backhand from Thor is the same distance, but none of the speed or impact.

Finally... This was the worst thread fad to ever grace this site.

@the_hajduk: He definitely didn’t block it. Whenever he blocks it, the writers/artists show him being completely unharmed by her hits. And she immediately punches him a split second after he put her on flame, so he didn’t have the time and was taken by surprise at how fast she recovered too

While we're at it, can New Earth (Post-Crisis pre-Flashpoint) Superman destroy half of a planet as collateral damage from punching the Easter Bunny like Lobo did?

That feat is just really crazy and inconsistent for Cap then. I get that the guy is superhuman to some degree, but more often then not he's still having pitched fights with peak humans like Crossbones and Winter Soldier (everyone forgets that Bucky is just a human in the comics). If Cap could tank getting punched above the clouds, he would walk around just no-selling every attack from his peak human rogues gallery.

Cap didn't have his vibranium shield at this point. His shield was just steal. Flags of our father takes place when Cap met T'challa's grand father and explains how he got the vibranium shield.

It wouldn't be able to block a hit from warrior woman.

I made a thread called 'Can CW Olliver replicate Legolas' mumakil feat?', this can easily be put like CW Olliver vs Mumakil.

But i'm actually ok with this thread, because there are guys like DiabeJamble who make stupid threads like 'Can Dr Strange bargain with Doomsday?', 'Can Dr Strange bargain with Trump?', 'Can Stan Lee shave Superman's hair?'. These just take up space and are beyond pointless and silly.

Can Movie TASM Electro tank this hit from thor?

Thank God. I was a couple threads away from just banning these things along with "who's hotter" and "underrated masterpiece" threads.

Agreed. In some cases grouping makes sense (like a Religion thread or something along those lines)> But when it comes to these, I don't really see the problem with allowing people to make their own threads since it is battle forum relevant most of the time.

@tifalockhart: I have a question about Lobo if you don't mind. Is his strength partly powered by toon force or plot?. I am speaking strictly about pre flashpoint Lobo since his strength and durability seemed all over the place at times.

@brucerogers: aside from inconsistent durability in the Hitman crossover and human strength in Deadly Serious I'm not seeing it. And I don't know why everyone says he has toon force.

@tifalockhart: Well maybe toon force was the wrong word to use. I was basically curious about his strength level since I am just getting into the character. I mean, how strong would you say he is consistently? Stronger than Superman?

He picked up an entire city and crushed it into a pebble in one of those Authority crossovers, that's a pretty toon-forcey feat.

It was becoming annoying, wasn't it? :). Anyway, this is a godsend.

@jedixman: problem with this is this will eventually get too long. +There is a much higher chance the questions wouldnt get as many answers as before and replies to different questions being on the same page would make a mess. It will be much harder to find the answers you are looking for too. This is not a good idea.
