Can the Daleks take over Apokolips?

I've heard that the Daleks are so tough that the Borg wouldn't even be a threat. That they even have some universe-busting weapons or something like that. Can they take on classic Apokolips and Darkseid? I mean way back when 'Seid was the ultimate evil of the DCU, not a stepping stone.
