It would take Leviathan castiel, God castiel, Amara, Michael vessel dean, lucifer perfect vessel sam, jack, and fully amped rowena to even stand a chance against chuck.

He is literally multiversal, in the last episode he even states he has lost count of how many universes hes created and just left to rot in the supernatural verse.
