Indra's Arrow is a firework compared to CSRC and Saitama's plowed through that without going all out. I doubt IA would even do any notable damage, never mind kill him.

If you take the feat at face value, then yes, it doesn't look above Island-Country.

If you use scaling as everybody has ever done on this site when it suits them then Saitama takes heavy wounds, it's hard to gauge Saitama's full power.

The idea of piercing durability is largely made of fanmade headcanon to try and explain inconsistency.

For instance, piercing and blunt force aren't different except for the fact that the former has a smaller surface area so more pressure. If you've tanked a continental laser, bullets and arrows are nothing.

Its not an actual thing outside of characters like WW who are actually intended and outright stated to have it, if the creator of OPM actually said he did I'd be interested in seeing it.

a hollow moon colliding the earth is nowhere close to planet level and the force isn't concentrated to the castle which has small area so it's even far from country level.

it can be demonstrated by tough minerals like diamonds underneath the earth, it won't be destroyed by a hollow moon colliding the earth because the force was scattered, the rocks and soil pressing it in a small area which isn't enough to destroy it.

if that castle was inside of a 10 meter thick diamond box instead of tenseigan chakra, it could still withstand the collision.

a hollow mood colliding the earth in orbital speed is 1020 meters per second or mach 2.97, so the energy required to redirect or stop it is not that high.
