Poll Can Naruto tank Meliodas' "Trillion Dark"? (120 votes)
Naruto wants to test his durability against Mel's strongest attack? He has to stand still and let it hit him for it to count. He's in SPSM with kyuubi cloak shroud. Can he survives

Where is the "It mildly damages Naruto" option? Each one of those darkness orbs penetrated DK even tho he can easily tank island level energy blasts. This is basically 1 trillion island level attacks in rapid succession. Naruto can tank it, but it'll do a bit of damage.
He sips his tea and laughs while he no sells it. The DK is kind of a joke tbh
I doubt that he's really dead tbh, that just felt like too easy of a win. My guess is that next chapter it'll turn out that he's still alive.
@jko1: if this is the end this is probably the worst possible shonen final battle ever, even worse than Yhwach or Acnolgia.
DK literally got low diffed by Ban, King and Mel.
I mean, while it's indeed laughable to think this attack has no substance and is featless, it's not going to do much more than bruise this version of Naruto, if not even less.
Six paths Naruto took a Chidori to the face without a scratch, he's pretty tanky.
He has also in a much weaker mode survived charged up bijuu lasers from the 10 tails.
The same 10 tails that's capable of doing stuff like this
He should be reasonably unscathed.
If it's indeed one trillion island level attack then Naruto dies
Naruto isn't superman you know
That attack potency should be above island level individually to even trouble demon king and if its indeed a trillion then no one in the hst is surviving that
Heck Naruto won't even survive 10000 mountain level attacks simultaneously much less a trillion island + potency
If its truly one trilion then he dies, but it isnt without feats and or statement, because if we just go after name without statements then Naruto's Planetary Rasengan is Planetary in bust tier.
why should the reader consider the trillion thing a hyperbole?
with big bang atack and planetary rasengan we know for a fact they are not but what makes the trillion a hyperbole? its a technique just like big bang and rasengan but we know for a fact that the names dont have anything to do with the actual atack and that they are not on level but the trillion thing is a final move that doesnt contradict what may come after as of yet.
so just saying its hyperbole is stupid.
@sy8000: I mean, it was pretty clearly a contest of power as well, comparable to Kurama vs Naruto when they fought in the latters mind. Lots of the statements and implications being made really wouldn't make sense if we assume it's exclusively a mental fight with no physical bearing at all.
@mevbi: toneri still solos the NNT verse.
@zane240: Naruto's durability is far beyond island level, so even a trillion island level attacks in rapid succession won't hurt him much. At most Naruto will have to reform part of his kurama avatar.
@worldofruin6: it's not even a trillion.
That's hyperbole.
It would kill Naruto.
A much much lesser attack blew his arm off and this attack was destroying the demon king who was previously unnaffected. The potency of this attack definitely is higher than the chidori x rasengan clash that blew their arms off. Now I'll wait for Narutotards to say he's moon level and how the earth is flat blah blah blah.
@worldofruin6: it's not even a trillion.
That's hyperbole.
You can't prove such tho. Why else would the word trillion be used in the name? We obviously can't count the amount of orbs Mel used, so the author is practically spoon feeding us.
@worldofruin6: If it was one trillion then that attack would've completely engulfed both Mel and the demon king.
@worldofruin6: its laughable to think naruto could tank trillion island+ attacks
@mevbi: it's not one trillion.
@worldofruin6: plenty of moves in fiction have hyperbolic names. There's obviously not a trillion of those spheres.
There's maybe a couple thousand
Lmfao if it was one trillion island lvl Attacks then that would be equivalent to busting multple planets in terms of AP.
And meliodos isn't even multicontenal yet lmao.
The size of a trillion attacks would be the size of a city at least.
if you were to stack a trillion 1 dollar bills on top of each other it measure 67,866 miles. This attack is much larger than a piece of paper
@kalebsmarty156: but its over hundred for sure
@mevbi: that can be accepted.
“Aw no this feat has substance! You’re just a down player!”
>People debating whether or not it’s a hyperbole or not.
>People debating if it’s 1 trillion island level attacks.
“I promise this feat has substance, it is so clearly shown!”
@worldofruin6: If it was one trillion then that attack would've completely engulfed both Mel and the demon king.
Not if Mel just continuously shot off the orbs one after another in a short amount of time.
@worldofruin6: plenty of moves in fiction have hyperbolic names. There's obviously not a trillion of those spheres.
There's maybe a couple thousand
The mangaka can't individually draw 1 trillion orbs, so he used the name to express how many orbs are being used.
@worldofruin6: its laughable to think naruto could tank trillion island+ attacks
Not really. Naruto has durability that exceeds island level by a massive margin. Someone with universe level durability wouldn't even be tickled by a barrage of 1 trillion planet level attacks.
1. Naruto wouldn't be able to survive in purgatory for an instant.
2. Trillion dark floored and wounded a Demon King who has lived there for thousands of years.
Case closed
@yazibbi: it's not a trillion.
@consciouskeeper: LMFAO so now it's on par or at least relative to one trillion black holes?
Now who's 13? In fact you shouldn't expect no one to take you seriously after this claim...I'm glad I didn't since the beginning.
I'm gonna screenshot that comment so next time I see you calling naruto fans wankers expect me to show up and expose your wank.
@faradaysloth: My god we're you right about the NNT wank.
