Thor does not have any weapon

Doomsday is post nuke and bloodlusted

Thor cant flee and leave the area

He needs to survive 5 hours against the doomsday

Not even a fully powered Superman and Wonder Woman could've lasted that long against Doomsday without the K-substance, a hammerless Thor gets killed in less than a minute. And what's "lighting cloak" gonna do to Doomsday other than further empowering him? Vaporize him? Yeah, no.

Nobody in the DCEU or MCU bar Dormammu, Ego and Surtur can do this. 5 hours is wayyyy too long
