He should be able to survive and regenerate from the burn damage considering his cloak offers great heat resistance. (albeit not as hot as yama gee's flames, but ama has some impressive feats of hurting characters that have above island level durability [hachibi, cerebrus, juubi].
Nevermind mind the fact that it was in a Baby KCM1 Cloak 🗿
The problem with that argument is there's no evidence his 6PSM cloak provides better heat resistance than KCM1 and the fact that he and Sasuke avoided Kaguya's lava is strong evidence against it. Naruto telling Sasuke to save the others doesn't mean that lava isn't a threat to him; it's him putting others above himself and saying that he is better suited to avoid it alone than they are. He goes on to accept that Sasuke protecting him was the intelligent move:

I don't mean this as spite but the whole verse gets their body part vaped if they are sliced by Yama's bankai.
There's nothing remotely close to 15 million degrees heat resistance in the verse. People mentioning Amaterasu and Lava like resisting a few thousand degrees makes a difference. It's a hax and those without the appropriate resistance gets wrecked.

Naruto is accepting that he and Sasuke are more important than Sakura and Kakashi, NOT that lava is dangerous to him.
The only reason Sasuke even saved him is because Kakashi handled himself already, and in a fight were all you need is two people to touch the opponent at the same time, it's more advantageous for both of them to be together.
He already tanked lava in KCM1, and he didn't know he could fly yet nor did he have any summoning animals that could fly, yet he wasn't worried about the lava whatsoever.
You have to prove that his Six Paths Sage Mode + Bijuu Mode(which gives better defence than KCM1) won't tank lava.
In the Bleach novel, the main enemy who can use everyone's Zanpaktou abilities used Yamamoto's Bankai and it wasn't 15,000,000 degrees because his Reiatsu wasn't as powerful as Yamamoto's. Therefore, it's confirmed that it's dependent on the user's power and not at a set level and not hax.
In both Naruto and Bleach, being stronger than the user of certain abilities means that abilities wouldn't work or have a very hard time working in general, like Aizen being unharmed by Soifon's Shikai and Naruto putting up a fight against Nagato trying to pull out his soul.
Naruto has way more power than Yamamoto and he has notable heat resistant feats as well (The Last had a powerless Base Naruto literally survive his own power turning into a bomb). Therefore, it's more important to prove that Yamamoto's Bankai can even bother Naruto when you consider these things. Feats go against him, but I'm sure that this is being ignored based on people claiming lava was a threat even though he was literally hugging someone who was on lava (lol) and still didn't suffer burns afterwards. I guess Kenpachi is scared of lava too since he didn't bother to get hit by Gremmy's.
