Ignoring the Ruler,

By scaling, he should no-sell it.

By on-panel feats, he dies.

However, scaling takes precedence here, so he comes out with mild injuries at best.

What tier would you put Fraggor at?

He can’t outright tank it, you could argue taking with significant damage or survival imo, but he can’t just eat it and be relatively fine. A single Fragor scales far above Segunda Etapa’s Lanza. 12 of them would be way too much, despite Ultrafragor only being 6x not 12.

Thats just a description of his look, there is no direct quote there about ultrafragor or fragor.

The combined final attacks of all the SDS (who were amped/rebuffed by Merlin), and then multiplied like 8 times tnx to multiple Full Counters, is canonically small-country/country lvl by direct statements from DK and Mel (as DK was afraid/implying the attack would destroy Britannia (basically IRL Brittain, minus Ireland), and Mel was clearly aware of that considering he was aiming in an angle). Yeah. . . .

Based on that, DK Zel isn't tanking 12 Fragors/Ultra Fragor when just 1 Fragor burned Dangai Ichigo's left arm, a version of Ichigo multiple times stronger than VL who no-sold a large-mountain/multi-mountain lvl blast exploding inside his left palm.

He survives it(maybe not tanking completely).

With the ruler he just absorbs it easily and gains more power.

The attack that took out the Demon King should at least be country level. Escanor, Mel and Ban all scale at least to multi-mountain/island level and Meliodas kept on using Full counter which doubles its power. Fragor is overrated. It gets tanked.

Here's what people dont seem to understand - visuals arent everything. Through sheer scaling even with lowball, a single Fragor scales in terms of AP to island level. Ultrafragor consists of 12 of those. And this is the worst lowball you could apply. Scaling from Lanza, which i lowball to multi-mountain level (even though latest calcs put it at island level and above).

Im not keeping up with the SDS manga, nor do i have any knowledge on the new feats (if there are any), i just wanted to point some stuff out.

Exactly you would have to just take the attack at face value to put it at just country level you would have to ignore it got amped by Merlin and full countered numerous of times.
