Definitely. He could easily break the iceberg, or just fly the titanic safely to it's destination.

He could probably just lift the ship out of the ocean and fly it back safely.

Easily, he has the lifting feats to lift it up and fly away. or at the very least keep it afloat from under water long enough for people to seal the holes.

@ganon15: He could still do it quite easily. Even after the collision it was three hours before the titanic actually started going down. There where only 2,201 passengers aboard. He could probably just push the boat to shore within a half hour or so. He can casually move at highly hypersonic speeds and has the strength to push the ship casually. He'd need to be careful not to go too fast and buckle the support systems, but he has the awareness not to make that mistake. At his speeds he could also just fly all the passengers to shore within those three hours. If he somehow failed to get everyone off, there would certainly be enough room on lifeboats to account for the temporary delay.

He could definitely fly it. The Titanic weighed about as much as the ship in BvS, and since he's arriving after the crash, half of it would have sank by then. Sure, half of the casualties would have died, but he'd save far more than if he didn't show up at all. Since there's no "some" option, I'll just choose yes.

I doubt he can lift it up. He doesn't have any strength feats that suggest he could lift something that heavy. He should be able to pull it back to shore, or repair it with his heat vision, though.

He isn't going to be lifting it and flying it anywhere, he doesn't have the feats for that. But yes, he can pull it to shore.

This. He was lugging and dragging a ship on his back in BvS that was arguably the same size, or bigger.

Yep, I've seen the movie, name a single feat that gives him the ability to lift a 50,000+ ton ship and fly it anywhere, I'll wait.

Doesn't have the feats to lift it or the speed to save everyone. He can probably pull it to safety but there will be casualties.

It was the freezing cold temps that killed th passengers of titanic. All Clark has to do is warm the water with his heat vision. Or he could simply lift the the ship and fly it to safety.

Couldn't he just as easily, instead of carrying people to and fro shore or carry the entire boat,

couldn't he just go to shore, find an empty lifeboat and bring that to the ship a few dozen times?

He is plenty fast, strong and have extremely strong heat vision that he control perfectly fine. He can rip apart some higher pieces of the ship and weld it. It may not hold for good but it won't take much time for him either. Then he can just take an anchor and pull the ship closer to the shore.

He can't just fly with the ship, it would fall apart more quickly than it did irl.Whether he would save all of the people i don't know. This type of welding may not hold even 10 minutes because he'd melt the metal in cold water. He can't push the ship to fast and its better to tell people to go on board of little boats beforehand just in case. It will still leave some people on the ship. If the ship would still sink and shore will be too far away he can save people on boats and tear up some pieces of the ship(like one of pipes). He can weld one part of the pipe and fly it to the shore. I don't know how much people could end up in there though.

if the dceu superman has the same biometric aura his cartoon and comic book counterpart then he can lift it. if he doesn't then the ship will fall apart. he also couldn't just fly everyone to safety without his aura because they will die from going that fast. however, he had no trouble saving lois, so he appears to have the same aura.

He can't lift the ship. Superman doesn't have the feats to do that. The best he can do is pull it, which, considering it's on water, requires a fraction of the strength.

Did I miss something? Wtf has he lifted that would suggest that he could just casually lift up and fly a 53,000+ ton ship over 400 miles to the nearest land form? Did he not struggle to lift that oil rig in the first movie?

I mean, not to mention the ship would literally snap in half if he tried to fly it, considering all 53,000 tons of its mass are acting upon one man-sized object. The ship would fold faster than it did filled with water.

Yesterday I was watching Titanic and thought to myself "what if these characters were in it?"
