Can DCEU Superman perform the IG "snap' and survive? (412 votes)
Yes, casually. He could spam snaps as long as he's in sunlight 18%
Yes, he could potentially pull off 2 or 3 snaps but any more would 100% kill him 12%
Yes, he survives but is moderately wounded and fatigued. He would need up to 1 hr to fully recover 8%
Yes, he survives but is almost killed and is left in a similar state to Thanos 15%
No, he is not strong enough to survive and one snap would kill him 43%
Lol no. He couldn't handled the power surge of the gems alone, let alone the snap. This fodder gets one shot 5%
Clark is feeling up to the task of using the IG to harness the Full Power of the stones in order to perform the snap. He wants to test his body's limits
It is clear skies and Clark is basked in full sunlight when he does it.
The goal is to see how many snaps he can pull off without dying and the state his body afterward it
Seeing as how he's more physically capable than Thanos & Hulk, he can do the killing and reviving snap and survive. He could survive destroying the stones too, but how much damage will he take? We won't know unless he becomes an MCU caharcter.
He survives one, easily. Thanos and Bruce both survived and neither of them had the added benefit of the sun healing. I reckon he could do it a few times but would probably die after that

He can literally no sell the snapping. He can probably snap multiple times without getting injured, tbh.
Lol no. He got one shotted and zomdiefied by a nuke in the kiloton range. A universal snap kills him outright. Not even Thor could survived and Thor>Superman by feats
If we look at this as objectively as possible: Superman would definitely survive but will be damaged like Hulk and Thanos due to the radiation, as we’ve seen radiation physically harm him already from the nuke.
But if you’re a DCEU fanboy, you probably think that he casually no sells 100 snaps and if you’re an MCU fanboy you probably think that 1 snap vaporises him.
stark guantlet ''output can light up a continent'' stated by tony and idk how gamma radiation interacts with solar energised beings . just giving some notes
@chuggachugga170: 616 Infinity Gauntlet doesn't work like that, at all. Low tiers like Captain America and mid high tiers like Gamora can wield it fine alright, it's a bad example to bring up it here.
OT: Superman is physically more capable than the both of them, and having a decent healing factor (y'know the sun), would mean he can snap probably a few times before completely tiring.
@lan_fan: I think d reason who tony survived was because he just took out thanos and his men unlike hulk and thanos who wiped and recreated half d population of the universe,
I don't know if it was tru or not but stark said something about d energy of the snap been continental level , saying it could wipe a continent, if dats tru do u think supes can take dat much power
Considering Superman's history with radiation, I doubt he would survive.
Keep in mind that Hulk only survived (abit barely, with half of his upper body basically burned to the point that he couldn't move it) due to his body being able to absorb most of the harmful energy due to it being sourced as mostly Gamma radiation.
The power of the Stark Gauntlet (NOT the original gauntlet, which was made out of much stronger material) was capable of fuelling a entire continent. The question is if Superman could take that amount of power/radiation, and considering he's died to much less (a nuke) he's not living through the process.
@emperorb777: Sure, he could perform multiple snaps but only if he’s healed from the sun in-between snaps, which takes time. It’s not as if he can casually snap 10 times right after the other for example.
Lots of butthurt MCU fans on this thread. Superman could effortlessly do multiple snaps, esp. in sunlight. People saying he can't want to lowball him, because they're sad he beats their favorite characters. Haha.
Only reason Thanos got hurt, was because he used them to destroy them and the energy released wounded him.
He could survive a few even without sunlight, IMO. With the sun, I don't see him tiring out. That's not to say that he can casually keep snapping, but if he gives himself a few minutes between snaps, he should be fine.
