Adrian landed hits on Oliver. Therefore, he is omnipotent. This is spite.

Not in round 1 automatically, but Snart for instance would probably catch on if he isn't taken out early. Yes in round 2 (but they don't have prep)

Prometheus will probably take them down in R1, but lose R2.

Eh, if his goal is just to assassinate all of them, he could probably do it, the Rogues don’t have any real network to catch on to what’s happening (if they did, Snart and Trickster could probably set up a defense)

Round 2, taking them all on at once is suicide

I just want to point out that Dark Arrow took down Mick, Killer Frost, and NTA without much difficulty.

This is key.

I'd still go with Prometheus anyways though.

Dark Arrow has tech that surprised Killer Frost and that Prometheus doesn't have. Wouldn't say the new recruits are as big a threat as the combined efforts of the Rogues. If he kills Weather Wizard and Mirror Master right off the bat, then maybe he has a chance

R1: Adrian wins this. If he's able to go at the Rogues his way, he's gonna take them down for sure. Prometheus is a tactical genius, far beyond even Snart. The degree to which he manipulating events in S5 is staggering, including with powerful figures like Ragman and Black Siren. And that was without even trying to kill his targets, merely make them suffer. If he's trying to do something significantly easier like kill, and he's got prep for his machinations, the Rogues are screwed. He's gonna be smart enough to target Mirror Master first, his powers are the most hax, and if they do catch on Mirror Master would be nearly unstoppable. He wouldn't be difficult to assassinate, and Adrian would make it look like gang violence or something to mitigate suspicion. He'd go after Snart next, as the smartest (sane) member of the Rogues. Snart's incredibly effective in combat, but that's because he has control of the variables, Prometheus is one of the few opponents smart enough to remove that control, meaning Snart goes down as well. Next he'd attack Heatwave, someone I don't think Adrian would like to face in combat, so he probably does something like set explosives (Mick isn't exactly careful). It's important to eliminate him early due to his connections to Time-Travelers, who are immensly dangerous. It would be risky to attack Weather Wizard this late, as the Rogues will have caught on by now, and Wizard's got literally city scales of raw power. Adrian's smart enough to track him, and eventually Mark will need sleep, which is when Adrian kills him. Trickster is a genius too, but too crazy to do much with it, and I don't see him tricking Adrian. Top is kind of a non-threat, and the last on he targets.

R2: Rogues definitely win this if they're prepared for a fight. I'm not sure how much Adrian could do with prep, he's better at manipulating non-combat factors than directly bolstering his own fighting ability. He could maybe assemble his own Team like he did last season, perhaps even attain some Mirakuru, though I doubt he'd ever risk inhibiting his mind for a much less valuable stat booster. Mirror Master will already be in the Mirror-Verse, nearly untouchable and primed for some BFR. Weather Wizard will have protective measures, and blows anything Adrian can produce out of the water in power levels. Snart and Mick have crazy levels of teamwork, and they'll be fully prepped. Trickster will have some machinations in order. Adrian just can't face all that versatility and power head-on.

  1. Adrian. No reason he can't assassinate them. Smarter and has top tier stealth skills in the CW. Even if they knew he was coming it wouldn't matter. Remember he also managed to sneak into the arrow cave, and when Felcity scanned his heart beat it was revealed he was still inside the building without anyone knowing including Oliver. He also got the drop on vigilante and broke black siren out of a meta human containment cell.
  2. His only hope here is to divide and conquer and take down mirror master and weather wizard right off the bat. He'd have to bait mirror master out of the mirror dimension some how (not sure how) and kill weather wizard before he decides to level the city. Top might also be a problem as well if he fails to separate them but I think if Adrian avoids eye contact he's fine.

He can easily take them down one by one, Snart is the only issue if he gets word the rogues specifically are being executed, but even then Adrian would beat him in a fight.

There's no chance he beats them all at once, Weather Wizard, Top, and Mirror Master are just too much. Not even taking into account Snart and Rory. He gets murdered by the whole team.

Prometheus both rounds. Jk, he could easily take out all the Rogues one by one but there’s no way he’d beat all of them at once and while he is insane, I don’t think he’d do this, unless he had a deathwish.
