nukes exist in hxh verse, even if nuke doesn't target the nape, their whole body gets disintegrated even the nape without aiming. Also post rose meruem and netero probably slap all the titans, though eren's main titan might prove a problem due to its enormous size.

I doubt he can even move properly in that state. We don't even know what his healing is like. Post Rose Meruem could fly around and blast him apart piece by piece. Or really they just need a sensor to locate Eren's body (it's unknown if he's still in the nape or has moved). The titans will stop fighting once he's dead.

Mass =/= Durability. When has Titans tanked something that could vaporize small mountains? Just because you're bigger than a mountain doesn't mean you have the same durability. You won't be its general structure nor as dense.

Youpi vaporizes large buildings and rocks underneath. In his second form he could use rage blast and fire these off which would blast through the titans like fodder.
