Can Chameleon pull this off? (Chameleon vs. 10 SWAT Elites)

Overview 
 
It takes place in a giant bank with at least 75 customers inside. Many pillars and balconies are placed around where Chameleon is planning to finish his plan. Chameleon has one weapon, an Admantium Knife and he's planning on robbing this bank unseen. 10 SWAT elites are posted all around, trained to kill. Can he pull this off?

I think Kravinoff could pull this off, although, for a guy who became Spidey's first rogue, he regularly posed about as much of a threat as Norton Fester.

no, unless he can mystique and change his clothes as well. the blood spatter will eventually give him away as well as the same suit.
