SK literally already did , with a planet sized creature.

EOS Ichigo and Aizen scales to the SK that did the planet feat casually. So do Ywach.

Azashiro ,via his abilities shoud be able to do it.

True name Ikomikidomoe also shoud be able to , since he was about to devour the Soul King.

Also VL Hikone shoud be able to do it too , scaling massively above the likes of Kenpachi , and also having Ikomikidomoe in a sword.

Yukio shoud be able to "bust" a planet , more likely delete it , if he take controll of the dimension.

Aura coud be argued to be able to destroy a smaller planet via some abilities.

Maybe Kusaka if he get enought time to let the dimension created by the Oin grow large enought.

Had another novel character in mind with hax , but i cant remember now.

Cant argue for any FT,BC character since i a dont watch those animes , neither read the manga.

Yhwach cant destroy a planet, a spear can reach him before he can actually "destroy" the 3 "worlds" with a speculative size.

Kaguya almost the same, she needs to charge that super godoudama and wait to someone not do something about it.

By statements/hyperboles they can, but not instantly as a DB/Toriko character, so those things dont scale to their AP.

I don't think any of them actually have feats of them busting planets but most of them have statements.

Time manipulators from FT can effect the planet IIRC but not bust it.

Yhwach might be able to from what I've heard of him.

Kaguya + other Otsutsuki's and Naruto/Sasuke should be able to overtime from what I've heard.

No one is a Death Star-type planet buster, unless I've missed something.
