Can ANY Batman villain beat Death Stroke?

Death Stroke has full access to his weapons before entering the battle; Batman villain can do the same.

Battle field is 400x400 meters, they start on opposite ends. Win by Kill only, no BFR.

If Slade has no prep then both Clayface and Poison Ivy can if they don't mess around.

If he doesn't know what he's facing i'd still stick with Clayface and Poison Ivy. Clayface isn't easily put down and if Slade doesn't know what he's facing then his gear probably won't be good enough. With Poison Ivy he simply won't know to prep for her pheromones. Although this diminishes Clayface's chances slightly Poison Ivy's chances remain unaffected.

Just a random thought, but how intelligent is Deathstroke? I know his prep is amazing, but if he were to fall into a particularly intricate Riddler maze, would this be able to beat him?

Does clay face need to pull himself back together after getting hit with a powerful enough explosive? Slades blast staff has destroyed a helicopter couldn't it separate the clay far enough that it takes a while for clay face to pull himself back together? Not sure if that would work to incapacitate clay face. If it doesn't work I guess clayface wins.

Deathstroke is amazing.... One of my favorites. Almost nobody can beat him. He is incredibly smart. He could out think most of batman's villains.

With the amount of resources he can move around in minions, occult rituals and mass weaponry. Ras Al Ghul can take in just about anything except a physical confrontation.

Not entirely sure about that but the Deathstroke defeating the entire Justice League is major PIS.

Freeze wins with prep. He has super strength, a brilliant scientific mind, resistance to pain, increased durability, and so many cyro weapons. His only weakness is his cold suit failing and he has no speed feats.

Which scientifically is meaningless. Everyone uses all of their brain. Evolution doesn't like wastefulness and Brain matter needs far more food and oxygen to fuel than any other kind of tissue so you wouldn't have any unnecessary brain matter.
