An Island sized rock falling at terminal velocity is going to do some damage.

Lol the rock wasn’t heavier than the turtle, it had KE behind it from the free fall. If the turtle was dropped from above and he had to catch it he would run into the same issue as he did with the rock.

He tanks without too much problems honestly and the rock isn't heavier then an island

the Meteor is only about 1.7km give or take its speed is also snail pace, its AP is likely at best in the Mountain Tier range, Making it weaker than Celestial Spirit king merely waving his sword without using his full power or Natsu punch that did 1 dmg.

it does Zero dmg to Aldoron,

never understood why Onoki lifting the Turtle is wank so much, the turtle is only about a 1km in diameter, him lifting it via jutsu is not that great of a feat, even destroying the turtle itself is not a great feat.
