Freiza went Golden form to tank Ssj2 Cabba. It doesn't matter if you think Vegeta was holding back when they fought him in the universe 6 arc....I actually agree that Base Vegeta was holding back, but the Fact that Frieza went Golden when he could have stayed in base if the Gap in power was so astronomically enormous tells me Cabba was at least a threat to Base Freiza.

Base revival Freiza alone would Solo Buu Sage.

They are pretty far in power.

Using DBS scaling to everyone getting power above SSG Goku (beerus fight) then Cabba stomps, but if we say he's only Buu saga level or above he loses to Janemba with movie scaling and reality warping hax.
