Doom and Loki with prep are scary.

Norman and the Hood are non factors.

I feel like the only Cabal threats are Doom and Loki with prep. That being said, those two are incredibly powerful.

There are too many heavy hitters on the League though, have to give it to them.

Where does it say they get prep?? Anyway Barry solos due to nobody on the opposing team having good enough reaction time to react to him dishing out 100 IMPs in under a second.

The Cabal wins only because of Loki.

@apex_pretador: ok new 52, Barry still solos. Just without the IM punches now. Morals become off halfway through once Barry decides it's time for them to die.
