Bullseye (MCU) vs Storm Shadow

Bullseye from MCU Daredevil, Storm Shadow from the GI Joe movies. Fights take place in the office where Matt fought Dex in Daredevil season 3. Both are wearing their standard outfits (as shown) for both rounds. Fights are to the death.

1. Unarmed H2H combat. Dex cannot use objects in the office as projectiles (or just assume office is empty).
2. Dex has the Daredevil batons, Storm Shadow has his twin sais and a full supply of shurikens, and the office is full of standard office equipment that can be used by either combatant if needed.

Who wins each round and why?

Storm stomps. Bullet slicing speed. Ridiculous agility.

Storm Shadow dodges the projectiles whilst closing the distance, and one shots once he gets close enough.

Storm Shadow wrecks Bullseye in H2H and armed combat.

Storm Shadow is too fast to get tagged by Dex's projectiles and Dex obviously gets stomped in CQC.
