Xenomorph. As someone who has watched all of the seasons of Buffy and all the alien movies, it's fairly easy to see that a Xenomorph outclasses any Slayer.
All she has to do is avoid the acid blood ive seen enough buffy and aliens to know shes tough enough to kill them sense to detect things in the dark fast enough to catch arrows without notice and dodge bullets. Strong enough to lift a gate 4 to 10 tons and shatter a steel garage door to pieces with one kick. And deal with demons the same size and bigger than xenomorphs. She got dog piled and stomped on by a bunch of demons and ogres and threw them off and beat the shit out of them.
buffy might have strenght and speed to take on Xeno but by what she is going to kill it without taking the acid blood on to herself? Xenos can take a hard beating. They can take multiple bullets and come to you. In AvP( poor movie or what, still part of the un.) Celtic was whirlwinding the alien codenamed Gridd trough multiple walls and it also was damaged by the wristblades and the netgun. So they can take some serious damage
Without knowledge of their acid blood beforehand she loses.
If she does have knowledge of it she'll still have to rely heavily on her environment to win, like baiting it and dropping a big ass cast iron chandelier on it or something.
