Captain America...BTAS batman was not nearly as impressive until after the original series (i.e. the sequel series,beyond, and JL)
Batman had a lot of instances where he seemed to struggle with regular criminals in the original series. However, he still has a lot of impressive feats. Cap gets blitzed.
