He can still use rasenshurikens, rasengans, etc and shadow clones give him a huge edge. Wait for Luffy to learn the internal haki at least.

Honestly limiting shadow clone would make the match much better

@son_of_mori-jin: I didn't think they needed to be tbh, his clones get one shot and he's never shown the ability to produce many in BSM

Without that he could lose though since luffy would basically have indefinite flight to keep away from clones and such.

Without bijuudama's Luffy has a chance here due to superior physicals and future sight, but Naruto's full Kurama mode, clones, and rasenshuriken still give him the win.

Luffy only problem would be getting through kuramas avatar now that tbb were restricted,he takes care of rasenshiruken and clones with Snake man variant attacks especially black mamba and avoids rasenshiruken with flight advantage and future sight. If only he can use king Kong gun and can even spam it he would easily take on kurama avatar especially if he uses the haki that ignores durability

But right now he doesn't have the means to fully contend and would put up more of a fight if he can switch between gears without any drawbacks

Either way a hundred to thousand clone spam and a few hundred rasenshuriken seals the win for Naruto that's if he's smart enough to not go close combat.
