Obito(pre six path) didn't fight BSM Naruto, he fought BM Naruto reacted and phased through his TBB, I don't know why you think reacting to a Bijuu bomb should be something hard or impressive. Again i'll repeat what are the speed feats of this Bijuu bomb.
