However he had to put his mask on dodged the attack completely
His mask is actually much faster than mach 1000. But he couldnt use it fully due to fear of his hollow taking control again. Subconsciously suppressing himself
Ulqiroa could blitzes and move FTE to masked ichigo from 300 meters away.
This means ulqirroia is at least 4x faster.. How? Because when ichigo blizted bykuaya he had to amp his speed by 3x and he could still barley keep up. Ulqirroia feats was from 300m making the speed gap eveb larger.
Ichigo at this point was around the same level as his FKT Bankia self so we can say hes mach 500 with lowball. And that will put R1 ulqirroia at mach 2000. Ulqirroia also has a second transformation which amps his power even further
So R2 ulqqiroa should be mach 8000 with cannon multipliers. But im gonna lowball him to mach 5000. VL Ichigo should be sub relativistc or mach 8000. Beacuse he could bliztes and dominate ulqqiroa the whole fight.
Phyicals
VL could destroy ulqqioras lanza with his bare hands which can destroy and dwaft a moutian size stone pillar with shockwave

VLs ceros can destroyed 1/3 of Los noches. And dwaft moutian height pillars
I used LN pillars which is the blue line to scale the size of his attack. The pillars are 30 meters in diameter and 300 meters in height. The blue line is 300 meters in height which is the height of a small moutian. The red line is his ceros diameter. Which is 2500 meters. And the height is about 4000 meters. Putting his cero at 12× moutian. The attack potency of it should be island level considering its more powerful than lanza.
Abilities
Can fly at high speeds,high speed regen which healed a massive hole in his chest,and soul detection
Speed
his speed should be around mach 5000 considering in a weaker form he blizted ichigo from 300 meters. That ichigos was at least mach 500 scaling for his SS arc self. Also he can move so fast ichigo cant even processes his movements.
Phyicals
He can shatter ichigo mask with his bare hands. Ichigo mask is pretty durable. it tanked a black cero from R1 ulqiuiorra. Which can destroy 1/3 of Los Noches.
Ulqqiora cero made 700m hole in ln which is made of pure stone putting it at moutian+ and R2 ulqqioras physicals at moutian plus.
Also he scales above chad who can make a large hill size hole with one punch
That hole is at least 80m. It makes people 2 meters tall look like grass. Tesla who is below espada level can block chads punch while in base. And nnoritora can tank no problem. Both of them are leagues below ulqqiora. So i think its fair to put his physicals at multimoutain. Or 3x moutian.

As you can their pretty big at least 600 meters about average moutian size and they were destroyed by lanzas shockwave.
Lanza has is pretty big and can dwaft LN for a far
Its height is at least 7000m and has a diamter 1500m shockwave included
Putting it at island or large moutian,ulquiorra can also disout the attacks casually and fast.
Durability
Ulqiroa was willing to fire lanza point blank at ichigo. This implies he can tank it putting his durability at island to large moutian aswell. Also tanked VLs cero.
Abilities
High speed regeneration,can regenerate anything besides internal organs. High speed flight,can open portals,and soul detection
