Original Demon is at least Small Country Level with MFH speed. BSM Naruto should also be sub Small Country Level, being able to match SM Hashirama power output, even shocking him after Naruto powered up the shinobi with his chakra. Also surviving a slam to the ground from 10 Tails Obito. So both Naruto and Mael should be relatively close in power level. With Naruto having the edge via shadow clone spam. Also Naruto can fuse with Sasuke amount their power to even surpass 10 tails Obito who was Multi Continent at that point.
