Tony would construct a robot while drunk out of the bar table, his beer mug, a martini glass and old pretzels all MacGuyver-like while Reed is beating Bruce with a chair. Then Tony uses his wooden robot to take out Reed.

Back in civil war he was to take a glass of grain alcohol when she appeared and accused him of stealing her husband. Words were exchanged, and after she left he poured the whole bottle of whiskey down the drain of his sink.

If Tony drinks any alcohol, he is out. Recovering alcoholics are still alcoholics. Once he has one drink, many more will follow, until he cannot fight/stand (this will not take long due to dropped tolerance). Out of Bruce and Reed, I'd pick Bruce, because he still gets incredibly enraged even if he doesn't turn into the Hulk, and Reed is a fairly non-violent person. If Tony doesn't drink anything he would easily take both though.
