I would say that Asura wins this regardless if he is fighting the DBS version of Broly(Yes I will use this version of Broly because it would be a more fair fight since Asura would rip DBZ Broly limb to limb), and no! This is not because Asura destroyed the creator of his world.

The real reason why Asura will win is because of his ability of channeling his own Mantra through rage, which not only increases his power, but it also helps him to overcome impossible odds as well as adapt to his opponents power and surpass stronger opponents, no matter how powerful they are and regardless of their Higher-Dimensionality, which according to Deus is a feat deem impossible.

Yasha even questioned how Asura can still surpass the Seven Deities, despite that the Deities have spent a total of 12500 years training and obtaining 7 trillion souls to boost their power.

This is how Asura defeated all of the Seven Deities including Wyzen, Augus, and Deus, destroyed the Viltra (though he did get help from Yasha) and single-handedly wiped out Chakravatin, who is the creator of Asura's world, the embodiment of The Wheel of Life, and possesses the ability to warp the reality and create universes and dimensions like the Event Horizon.

Now, I agree that Chakravatin is not Omnipotent, since he has been proven of taking in damage, but he is a Higher Dimensional Being thanks to his power of reality warping. While DBS Broly is insanely powerful, he's clearly not a higher dimensional being.

Sure, Super Broly has broken into another reality while fighting Gogeta real hard, but remember, Asura too has done the same as the very fabric of time and space started to tear apart when Asura fought Chakravatin in the final battle of the game.

Either way both DBS Broly and Asura are pretty much equal, that is until Asura starts to adapt to his power.

So in the end, it doesn't matter which Broly is used, how powerful that Broly is, or how powerful he's gonna get in the upcoming future, all his insane and ungodly power won't help him is Asura just keeps on adapting to Broly's power, surpasses him and finally defeats him.

It should also be noted that when DBS Broly gets too damaged when he is in his Full Power Super Saiyan form, he will quickly revert back to his weaker golden haired Legendary Super Saiyan state.

This is my opinion of why Asura will win.

Hate to say it but Asura would wreck Broly, he is far more experience, has stronger transformations, superior feats, strength, durability, and power output, not saying Broly wouldn't give Asura somewhat of a fight but Asura would beat Broly any day of the week, sure Broly destroyed a galaxy, but Asura shattered the Naraka reality, which is endless

The act sent Asura in pursuit of his missing daughter, and on a mission of revenge. Consequently, Asura killed Chakravartin, the creator of all things in the universe, the ultimate primordial god, which is a feat that dwarfs any of Broly's feats

So in a battle against Asura, Broly couldn't hope to win against Asura, he is stronger, faster and with the power of the Mantra Reactor, Broly would be knocked out of the universe
