Brainiac should be able to do it. He has enough power collected from around the universe to give Superman a run for his money, so I think he will be able to contain Doomsday. Especially that he is infinitely smarter then Doomsday who lacks a brain, literally. So I think he will be able to think of a way to seal him or win by incapacitation in some other way.
If it's just a physical fight Brainiac loses to Doomsday. No matter how powered up he is in his ship Doomsday is too much for Brainiac to beat hand to hand.
I believe I know a thing or two about Rebirth Doomsday. So for starters Doomsday fought pre 52 Superman through the first Volume of Rebirth Action comics. I will also post scans if I can (There are so many.) Before I get into it let me state that Doomsday fought more than just Pre 52 Superman, he also fought Lex with Motherbox armor, Wonder Woman, and different attackers using energy projectiles, even took a blast from Jon's heatvision. It was stated twice or so through the comic from Superman instances of him not holding back. An instance that made Death of Superman reference. It also referenced Doomsday's origin in Hunter Prey. Early on in the fight Doomsday hit Supes sending him flying. Superman remarked "Seems faster than I remember more savage." Superman attempted to BFR Doomsday to the sun only to counter. Doomsday hit Superman with his knee drawing blood. Casually throwing Superman like a ragdoll. Superman also said, "Near as I can tell, He's the same unrelenting force of nature I fought before which is why I can't hold back. Have to do whatever I must to put him down." Doomsday took Superman's heat vision with Superman saying "Can't let up. Can't cut him any slack whatsoever. Have to pour it on with all the intensity I can muster." After taking the heatvision he then took an explosion in the sewers being fine.Superman remarks "Picked this one up from the flash." hitting Doomsday 4,034 times. And to anyone saying the hits were "Rabbit punches" Superman is shown chipping Doomsdays bones with one punch and the scan of Doomsday getting hit shows him taking similar damage. Regardless Superman isn't holding back. Doomsday senses Jon's presents and begins to leave Metroplis. Superman then said to Lex "A scientist wanted to create the ultimate being able to survive anything. He cast a boby into the harshest environments where he was killed by savage beasts over and over again each time the baby died his remains ere taken, cloned with new genetic imprinting... and cast into the wild again. This went on for decades." Sound familiar? Like Hunter Prey? Doomsday kicked and stunned Wonder Woman twice. One arm slammed Superman then used WW's sword throwing it a very large distance straight at Jon extreme accuracy. Doomsday stopped a rushing Wonder Woman who had her lasso on Doomsday. Superman also questioned if "history will repeat itself." with him dying. DD took energy beams and then resisted them. DD also took a flying rushing Superman and countered him. So in conclusion Doomsday took on a Superman not holding back along with others.

The only time Brainac possessed DD it was limited, he needed tech to do it and it eventually didn't work. DD has resisted MM's tellepathy. From Rebirth association Hunter Prey origin is cannon.
Brainiac is a really formidable opponent, he could bring back Doomsday from the end of time and he could possess Doomsday, but it isn't a real victory or a battle scenario, furthermore, Brainiac's possession over Doomsday was limited.
