Luffy blows his head out of his Shoulders

If someone as weak as Hulk knocked Surtur back, Luffy takes his head clean off.

So what ? Surtur will never tag Luffy since he's too fast. And Luffy would beat him before he busts anything , he is strong enough to one shot him.

how is that sword going to kill Luffy if he tanked a slap from a character who's like ten times bigger and stronger than Surtur. And that's assuming Surtur could see Luffy with his eyes.
