The anime is far behind lmao, way before than even Gaiden. But yes, none of the kids except Mitsuki have any notable speed feats. It's probably not a stretch to assume they're as fast as the previous genin, even Kid Sakura was a blur in the trees.
The best of the genin seems to be Mitsuki. The kid blitzed Orochimaru and another guy simultaneously.

Boruto's rasengan was pretty trash, I'm fairly certain Deku can tank his grape-sized rasengan. Gentle fist techniques are more useful here.
The funny thing is, that may actually work considering Deku is a shy virgin who would flinch at seeing a naked woman maybe even look away, allowing Boruto to get a cheap shot.
Boruto takes it more times than not for obvious reasons. Izuku wouldnt do to momoshiki what Borutos non naruto amped rasengans did to him. Mitsuki would also beat him even worse than boruto. Borutos just too versatile and is overall a better fighter than izuku even tho izukus pretty good.
Boruto wins in a tough fight with Karma. Deku is Large Building Level with 20% and City Block+ Level using 1,000,000% with Eri. So without Karma Boruto loses but with it he should take this.
Boruto has the edge in speed being at least low Hypersonic while Deku is only Supersonic. Boruto can match Kawaki hand to hand equally, the same Kawaki that could perform city block feats in base form and multi city block feats with Karma. So with Karma, Boruto should be as equally as strong as Kawaki.
@loveeveryone: Boruto can't control Karma yet. He couldn't even properly activate it without Kawaki so you can't use it in battle.
I still think Boruto wins this if Deku doesn't finish right away. Summoning Jutsu and Shadow Clones should do the trick. To defeat the snake Deku needs more than his 20% so he would have to injure himself.

Deku should be able to easily one shot unless i am missing something with boruto, his strongest move is a puny rasengan which cant even compare to start of series Deku Punch during the exam.
Boruto is fodder to any of those kids that have offensive quirks, the only one he might be able to beat is the gravity girl everyone else is easily above him in power/offensive power.
Boruto takes this one rather easily. Deku can one shot if he hits Boruto with one of his strongest punches but Boruto is fast enough to dodge and is smarter with his jutsu's. While Boruto has a many ways to defeat Deku, be it lightning style, rasengan, gentle fist and summoning.
