Let's compare:
Boros:
- mt level physical strength (moon kick feat in MB form)
- city level standard energy attacks (space ship feats in MB form)
- limited regeneration ability (drains his energy, and can be overloaded)
- apparent decent amount of super-speed (too slow to react to casual Saitama, but still visually very fast)
- very impressive durability (takes serious damage from Saitama's casual punches, but can survive a few)
- final attack is planet surface/planet level (takes some time to charge and drains all of his energy tho)
Psykos-Orochi
- mt level physical strength (Tatsumaki boulder feat + scaling from Gouketsu)
- continent level standard energy attacks (earth shaving feat)
- limited regeneration ability (Orochi has to drain energy from surrounding sources)
- amazing super-speed (was even able to react to casual Saitama a few times!)
- very impressive durability (survives a lot of attacks coming from both Saitama and Tatsumaki)
- shape shifting
- size alteration
- genius martial arts intellect (superior even to Garou, learned all of his martial arts from one glance)
- barriers (strong enough to protect her from Tatsumaki completely)
- lightning channeling/manipulation (strong enough to go through Tatsumaki's barriers)
- telekinesis (strong enough to rival Tatsumaki)
- telepathy (strong enough to overpower Orochi)
- gravity manipulation (strong enough to overpower Tatsumaki)
In my opinion, Psykos-Orochi wins this handily. Her stats are either close to Boros's (durability, regeneration, strength), or actually superior (speed, standard energy attacks), on top of that, she has a MASSIVE versatility edge. The only edge Boros has is his slow, linear, predictable and absurdly taxing CSRC ability. Is this enough for him to win more often than not? Unlikely.
Here is in how many ways Psykos-Orochi can win:
- If they trade their standard energy attacks in an energy shootout, Psykos's can overpower him, draining his regeneration until he is empty and dead. Not only her standard energy attacks are on a whole other level, but she is also the only one who can use barriers to counter the enemy attacks here.
- She can blitz him using Orochi's speed he displayed when fighting Saitama, and outmatch him in CQC. Their strength is a close call, but Orochi is a better martial artist, so he has speed AND skill advantage in CQC. He can also create weapons and alter his size with shapeshifting for more advantages. Generally speaking, Boros loses in CQC.
- She can use telepathy, barriers and gravity manipulation to restrain Boros and implode him. Boros has no counters fighting someone with those kind of hax, all he has is brute strength.
- She can attack him with telepathy, and Boros has no feats that suggest he can take it. To the contrary, Psykos was able to overpower Orochi, a very intelligent and powerful above-dragon level monster who had excellent mental resistances and TP of his own, so if anything, we could also speculate that even if Boros had any special protection against this, he is still toast.
And here is in how many ways Boros can win:
- Boros's only hope to win this fight is to successfully land a CSRC, which is very hard to imagine. His attacks takes a lot of time and energy to charge, and is very predictable and linear. In OPM we also know that a weaker energy attack can "deflect" a stronger one (Genos was not even able to measure Psykos's energy beam levels, but he was still able to deflect it with his own energy beams later) so actually even if Boros was able to charge and land his attack on Psykos, she can still deflect it with her continent splitting beam. Not only is this attack hard to land, Psykos likely has a counter for it.
Based on that analysis, I'd say Psykos-Orochi wins at least 8-9/10.
