Sakura, who killed countless Juubi clones by simply swinging in their general direction vs. a guy who couldn't beat some Genin? albeit, Chunin level Genin.

He has good Hax & Regen. but it won't matter when he ceases to exist from getting blitzes & punched to smithereens.

Sakura has no way of locating his core so boro wins once she inevitably runs out of steam

locating his core is a problem for the young team 7 because they lack high tier firepower.

Sakura however... who can kill juubi clones in mass with a single shockwave. when lesser tailed beast clones are mountain level...would wipe Boro from existence with a single punch.
