And Snake-Eyes is the Silent Master of the Arashikage Ninja Clan, and as such, is one of the 2 deadliest men on the planet (the other being Storm Shadow, AKA the Young Master).

Also, his sword was powerful enough to cut through tanks, destroying them instantly....

I am going to go with Snake Eyes. The reasons for this decision are that he can do things that are clearly superhuman. Flipping a tank with his bare hands, breaking chains, crushing stone, his stealth, his ability to move into a person's blind spot even when he is right in front of them, possessing people, and his unsurpassable fighting ability. On top of all that, he uses modern weapons. Even though Fett uses advanced weaponry that Snake Eyes does not have, he has dealt with advanced alien technology before and won (transformers).

"None of those things pose a real threat to Fett with the exception of possession (which I find flaky btw ).  Fett is pretty damn smart and he will almost never get withing arms reach of you.  And is exceptional with using his surroundings to his advantage.  And as far as snakes use of modern weaponry goes, I totally agree - I mean, with the advent of nanotech technology, using a sword as a weapon seems almost...cutting-edge."

I say snake eyes takes this one but only by the skin of his teeth .

Snake-Eyes' page needs a serious upgrade. I may have to be the one to do it.

No Boba Fett is one of the most feared Bounty hunters in the Galaxy, not Universe. Unless you simply mean the Star Wars Universe which is alright but you have to take into account Snake Eyes is THE deadliest man in the G.I. Joe Universe, and he can do it without hiding behind armor, advanced technology, and a spaceship. Honestly Boba has no chance here UNLESS he had time to set a trap.

As a side note it would be interesting to know what kind of environment this battle is supposed to take place in.

Snake-Eyes. But it's going to be so close that Snake-Eyes' costume is going to be tattered.

Fett doesn't really have any impressive feats.  I go with Snake Eyes.

This would be a VERY close fight. I do think that the people who say Snake-Eyes should give Boba more credit (if anybody who has commented on this thread reads this. Lol). I can tell a good amount of them don't know much about Boba. But Boba has killed Jedi. And I need not explain the capabilities of Jedi. But as for the fight itself, Snake-Eyes just has the advantage of close combat. And it would be hard for him to get close with Boba's jetpack. I do believe though he could keep up. But Boba would slow him down with his arsenal of weapons. So it would go down to stealth, which Snake-Eyes may or may not succeed due to infra-red. But to me it all goes down to how close the fight begins. Put Snake-Eyes close enough and I will give him the advantage. Otherwise, Boba wins. But not my much. 

Don't get me wrong, I'm a big fan of both.... but Boba is out of his element fighting Snake-Eyes

But as Boba's tech is a part of his standard gear as a sword is for Snake Eyes... He wins.

Boba Fett wins. His feats are also better. Hand to Hand Jedi and many more insane feats.

Bump. This is a close one, I'm not sure I could definitively say just now.
