Wow. What a great match! People seem to be really split on this. I think they're very evenly matched. If I'm not mistaken Boba's won the popular vote in these forums against Black Panther, and Batman, who are more or less Cap's equals. In this particular match Cap has an advantage over those two in that he has a powerful ranged attack with his shield, and that same shield can absorb any of Boba's blaster weapons. Boba also has a flame thrower, explosives, and a sonic beam weapon that might have a large enough area of effect to get around the shield. I think Boba's solid plates can take a hit from the shield. The flight suit section has an energy dispersal weave that operates like the shield, to a lesser degree, but I think a shield strike on a joint would at the very least bruise badly or break bone underneath. He'd feel it. I'm really undecided on this one.
Boba has weapons and devices that Cap knows absolutely nothing about. An unskilled guy in his armor could land a lucky shot. And Boba knows exactly what he is doing....
And it's in a city he knows pretty well that Cap also knows nothing about.

Might be fairer if you limit his inventory and change the setting.
I don't see anything here that gives Boba an advantage over Cap. Certainly nothing he hasn't dealt with before or had experience with. Nothing against Boba! I just think Cap takes this one without too much trouble.

Depending on the location. If it´s inside a building of the city Cap can propably even riccochet his shield but outside where Jango fought Obi Wan, Boba has the advantage due to his jetpack and one miss from Cap would mean his shield goes into the sea.
Captain America puts up a good fight but Boba Fett kills him. His has the tools for the win. He is extremely cunning and lethal in battle. His gadgets are too much for Cap to withstand.
Boba is way underrated here. He stomps with his levels of explosives. And presuming he's wearing Beskar armor, cap might break his fist on bobas helmet.
Still Fett, too much versatility, equal reflexes/reaction time not to mention he has a jet pack. Doesn't matter if Steve has his shield it won't help him from thermal detonators, any other form of AOE damage and the accuracy Boba is packing.
Yeah, give it two or three times the range and I think Boba Fett would have a great advantage. This close, Cap would swarm Fett and take him apart...he's faced as bad or worse and won. However, give Fett more distance to be able to dodge the shield throw, use his flight, and bring in his variety of weapons and diverse tactics into play and things don't look that great for Cap.
Cap would for sure beat Fett to a pulp from such a close range cuz he’s got his shield to defend himself and his superior martial arts and strength would make this an easy win. But if it was from a long distance Boba would just gun Cap down from a rooftop before he sees him.
Who says Jedi are superior in H2H combat? I’d say Cap would stomp any Jedi who tried to square up with him. Also Cap is much stronger than Boba and has a vibranium shield which could penetrate Boba’s armor.
