Ditko's finest duke it out, eh? Well, Ted is smarter than Peter, and has better HTH skills, but martial arts skills don't really matter when your opponent has spidey-sense and super strength and reflexes. I don't see the Blue Beetle winning this on a random encounter. He will need a week of prep to make himself invisible to Peter's spidey sense(which I'm sure he can do) and a power suit or an auto-fire weapon. I'll say Spiderman wins effortlessly without prep, and with prep, it's a toss up.
