This fight is very similar to Thanos vs Champion(Power Gem). Yeah, Thanos.

Thanos stomps. He is faster, stronger, more durable, far more versatile, has better enemies than X-men who lose to him more often than not, uses BFR easily, etc.

I'll back Thanos in a good fight.

Thanos wins through BFR, he won't knock him out and Juggs isn't defeating Thanos. Cain could outlast him though

He is now completely immune to telepathy due to gaining more power from Cyttorak, Cain's strength is close to Thanos and his durability has always been in the highest tier as it's why i said Thanos would bfr since it'd be far easier than risking a prolonged Brawl he could lose.

Well Cyttorak now has given Cain more power (now and future Juggernaut) but Cyttorak is fickle in rewarding his power but if it's not fixed we might end up seeing 8th day or Trion.

What is Juggernaut ever going to do to Thanos? Maybe some of his amped forms, but normal Juggernaut stands zero chance of even hurting Thanos.

Thanos ftw lesser minds than Thanos have tricked him into a bfr in the past.. without bfr this would stale-mate though...

Juggsy is one of the few I would say should be on par with Thanos durability wise. While Thanos has better feats, I feel like Cain couldn't possibly be that far behind in strength, close enough in fact to make it a real fight. At any rate, BFR should an easy option for Thanos for a quick win.
