- No game mechanics like Rampage mode or anything like that.

I don't think Rick will really win in a direct fight against Trevor, who is a depicted as an unstoppable killing machine. Rick is depicted as resourceful, cunning and strong but ultimately human. Trevor more or less is a character that is a freak of nature with a couple feats that back it up.
Rick doesn't compare to Trevor in strength at all. Picking up a non-resisting human being is difficult and something more in the realm of an inhumanely strong UFC fighter such Vasyl Lomachenko or something. Let alone picking up a human being from his crotch and throwing him bane style. There are also numerous switch scenes of trevor doing things such as starting cutscene brawls with body builders and in every cut scene he repeatedly and consistently one-shots people. He's also capable shown to be quite durable to physical impact as he smashes his head up against a brick wall hard enough to draw blood and then just walks it off a few moments later.
Indeed. I would dare say that no character in the walking dead is physically comparable to how Trevor is shown to be at all.
It is in Trevor's nature to taunt and bully people, but he doesn't do this to character who legitimately pose some sort of threat of to him. He only really does this to characters who he knows he can bully. He'd know to not really go easy on a guy like Rick. And fighting dirty isn't a free ticket to a win, especially to a guy like trevor who will do the same.
And his physicals don't really come without the insane skillset of your regular run of the mill action movie protagonist (where as Rick is far more realistic and plausible). He is a one man army who can fly planes, drive trucks, parashoot, use pretty much any weapon. In one cutscene, he is held at gunpoint by characters Debra and having Floyd brandish a knife at him.
He later leaves the room, silently shutting the door and allowing a brief glimpse of the bloody mess inside, implying he killed two people starting with nothing but his bare hands.
He regularly chews through waves of cops and mercenaries and canonically skyjacked a guarded cargo plane full of mercenaries by himself, steamrolling through trained military personal like they were nothing.
Rick can win, but does he win the battle overall? Not really. In my opinion this is a 7/10 matchup at best. Trevor takes this quite handily.
