Bloodbath contest

There are plenty of bloodlusted mad-men in comic books, but who would be the most effective killer in this scenario?

It's midday on a Friday in New York, NY. The combatant will be dropped off in the heart of Times Square and told the entire city is at their disposal. Their objective? To get as many kills as possible. The city is our world's version, meaning it's laced with regular workers, tourists, vehicles, and police officers. Who is the most sadistic and effective of this bunch and why?

The "combatants:"

***characters with guns have unlimited ammo but must reload***

-Sabretooth (adamantium)

-Carnage (pre-return)

-Bullseye (tons of bladed weapons/projectiles, pistols)

-Deadshot (standard armor/twin wrist guns)

-Gorgon (no stone stare/blade of choice)

-Joker (full assortment of firearms and devices)

-Lady Shiva

hmm, this is a tough one. I'd say the advantage for most kills lies with who has superior speed or ranged attack. So Lady Shiva and Joker are immediately off the table. Between Deadshot and Bullseye for ranged attack I'd go with Bullseye because I believe their accuracy is roughly equivalent with Bullseye taking a slight edge. That and the fact he has a more versatile assortment of weapons. As for speed that's tough between Sabretooth and Gorgon but I'll say Gorgon on account of his manhandling of Wolverine in Enemy of the State. Carnage is fast, strong, versatile, and vicious but I believe he might focus less on quantity of kills and might enjoy playing with his food. So between Bullseye and Gorgon I'll say Gorgon takes this one.

I'd give it to Carnage.

Deadshot. His wrist gauntlets, come with explosive extra's and his armour is largely bulletproof, which should help him survive the inevitable arrival of the cops and SWAT. Plus with the tech in his helmet no one should be sneaking up on him.

Tight contest though.

Carnage in a stomp: ruthless, 50 tonner, faster then Spider-Man, webs, higher resistance to sound and fire then Venom, wall crawling, webbing, great range, super sharp symbiote constructs, bulletproof.

Sabretooth. Like wolverine, Creed with adamantium, is pretty much unstoppable. Plus with his keen animal senses he could hear and smell anything coming his way and adjust accordingly.

Carnage is fast...He is suppose to be roughly spider-man level. He also has some range as well. He will kill 20 people before any one reacts imo.

The son of Venom wins.

I would go with either Sabretooth or Carnage.

I just have a lot of family in that area. Thinking about a phone call or a road trip.

Still, I think it's an interesting choice that some are going with Deadshot, with his arsenal, I could definitely see why, but still, i'm going with Creed. Not only due to his claws being his weapon of choice, but due to the fact that his savagery usually ends in someone's blood being shed.

Carnage realistically.

Deadshot takes it in second and Bullseye for 3rd.

@progenitor: I think it's down to Bullseye/Creed/Deadshot/Carnage. But, I wanted to add more and who knows, maybe some will support them.

Wow no one is going with Gorgon on this? I agree with all the reasons stated that Carnage would win. Stats wise he's got the upper hand on the competition. But I just think that Kasady would be less inclined to kill quickly. I'd imagine he'd want to take his time but I could be a little off with characterization. But I do think that Gorgon is more capable of mass murder than the rest of the list. He just has the stats to do it. And I dont believe the OP put limits of who was killing who. So perhaps Gorgon could take out whatever competition he needed to take out and work from there.

Gorgon most definitely has potential, but he's not as animalistic as Carnage, or Creed.

But he is smart. And if he is truly interested in the endgame Gorgon wouldn't focus on civilians at first he'd take out Creed before he could rack up points. And that is more than possible with Gorgon's stats and the Godkiller. The only one he could have a problem against is Carnage. But at that point he could refocus his attention to adding up casualties and basically race against Carnage. And I think Gorgonzola has the speed to pull it off.

Carnage then Sabretooth.

I think the crowd reactions to each individual are going to play a part. If there's a big red scary monster then people are going to freak out and run like hell. That might lower Carnage's success rate. If it's just a gunman like Deadshot or a relatively normal looking guy like Gorgon they may be able to get a few more kills than normal. Hell, Shiva would probably get flirted with and just kill people that walked over to her.
