@ecstaticgrace: In regards to your scan, if Iron Man had Extremis he could easily process something moving at the speed of light. Moving, reacting, and responding to it is a different story though lol.
I doubt you can just vibrate your molecules to pass through force fields and force fields are more than a wall, they are like destructive energy so if flash does that he will get destroyed at molecular level.
or open a entrance to speed force then exit it on the other side of the force field
I am not talking about trapping flash inside the force field, instead of doing that tony can just protect Himself with the force field.

Based on your scan you provided, looks like he can't. One or more of his hands get tied up creating the forcefield.

Well do you think tony can do something to win? Can’t he just let his suit to take control? Which should bypass his human capabilities, i mean his suit is capable of tracking fast things and it also has the ability to learn.
@superprohero: First of all, that scan you posted on post #6 is Ultimate Iron Man so it's not canon. Second of all, he's not maintaining or creating a force-field in that scan. He's blasting his repulsors at high speeds. Third of all, the maintenance of his shields depends on his power levels. In theory, he should be able to use them for hours or even days if his power source is at the proper power levels. However, they can get drained faster if something is weakening or attacking them. In this particular case, Flash constantly hitting his force-fields would weaken them dramatically and his shields would get taken out in seconds or minutes. Or he could just phase through the fields.

Yeah not in this case as others mentioned its a mismatch.
Also this is another scenario with ironman using his shields. They will weaken quickly when something is repeatedly attacking them. Seems like functionally they are the same as cap's shield or thor's forcefields where he swings his hammer with one hand.
Flash stomps he literally could phrase off through Tony s armor or either using the true power of the speed forcé to completly dismantle him not really sure how is this fair.
I'm not sure how Flash blitzes when Tony's in the air and has about three hours of prep. He could just spam suits at Barry until he gets the right shot down.

Flash curbs. This should be locked.
Flash isn't "blitzing" a guy in the air. He is incapable of that. Tony's prep means he can get dozens of suits online and a bunch of stuff set up. Flash is incapable of blitzing in the air, so he can't even stomp.
