In this battle between both these 5th division captains. Which out of the two will be coming out of this battle alive?

lets assume since they are both Captains and not 1000+ years old that they are similar in reaitsu thus similar in overall stats, Shinji still has the better Zanpakuto, Shikai Shinji is incredibly broken i dont think there are many bleach characters that can defeat him with similar stats/reaitsu, his shikai is so broken he can fight even stronger enemies and still win
